PDQ Deploy provides an Audit Log to track changes that impact the behavior of the application. The Audit Log is only intended to track persistent and impactful changes, not all user actions.
Any action that affects the persistent state of one of the following target types will be logged to the PDQ Deploy Audit Log:
Paginated records are displayed in the Audit Log window grid. Records can be sorted by Time in ascending or descending order. Records may be filtered based on any of the available columns.
The number of records displayed per page can be adjusted from the context menu that appears when right-clicking within the grid.
The Audit Log window will not automatically update with new records. To refresh the results, use the refresh button at the bottom right corner of the grid.

Audit Log records are automatically deleted after a period of time that can be adjusted in the Logging preferences page. Once deleted, records are removed from the database and cannot be recovered.
Each Audit Log record stored and displayed by PDQ Deploy includes basic details about the target that was impacted and the action that was applied to the target. Verbose logging is available to record more specific details, often including a snapshot of the target object.
Verbose logging can be enabled and customized via the Logging preferences page. Verbose logs are stored externally to the PDQ Deploy application, typically in a dedicated log file, though other storage methods can be defined in a configuration file.
